CAN I OPEN MY STORE AS A DBA OR ALIS?
Yes. If you don't want to affiliate your EWedded store with your bricks and mortar business then we encourage you to create a new name for your online store.
HOW DO YOU SUPPORT YOUR SELLERS?
Every seller is vetted and has to go through an approval process so we can maintain a brand image that reflects high-end and well-crafted products. EWedded also serves as the liaison between the buyer and the seller and imposes a strict return policy that is outlined in the wedded warranty.
We’re continually updating tutorials and tools to help sellers maximize their visibility on the platform and to create the compelling listings that will convert to sales.
EWedded is more than a selling site. It’s a marketplace + Coterie. The EWedded Exclusive Coterie gives our sellers access to thought leaders and strategic partners that provide tailored products and services to help our sellers and community of professionals take their businesses to the next level and prosper on and off the EWedded platform.
WHO CAN SELL ON EWEDDED?
EWedded is for high-end wedding and lifestyle brands, businesses and artisans to sell their new, surplus, and gently-loved merchandise. Businesses must register and complete a short application that will be reviewed by our team for approval or denial.
Sellers are denied if we can't verify their company existence and status and/or the products they want to sell are outside of the better to high-end quality we want represented in the marketplace.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PRODUCT REQUIREMENT TO OPEN AN EWEDDED STORE?
No. Once you've been approved as a seller you can sell as much or as little merchandise as you would like. Every business has different goals and reasons for leveraging EWedded, therefore, we leave it up to the seller to manage their inventory as they'd like.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPEN A STORE?
There is no fee to open an EWedded store. When you sell an item you earn 85% of the sale price and EWedded earns 15%. If you choose to take part in an EWedded Edit (link this to that page) option then the payout split will be different and will be determined upon further assessment. If there are no claims presented on the sale of an item then we pay sellers within 21-days of the transaction date via ACH deposit.
I WANT TO SELL MY SURPLUS AND DISCONTINUED INVENTORY, BUT I DON'T WANT TO LOSE BUSINESS IN MY BRICKS-AND-MORTAR BUSINESS. HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT WON'T HAPPEN?

WILL EWEDDED BUY CLOSE-OUT INVENTORY FROM COMPANIES AS OPPOSED TO ONLINE CONSIGNING?
At this time we are not purchasing close-out inventory but are open to exploring that option as we scale. However, if moving your excess inventory in bulk is something you would like to do please read about our EWedded Edit options and contact us for more information.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

HOW DO I KNOW THE PRODUCTS I'M PURCHASING ARE AUTHENTIC?
All EWedded sellers go through an application and vetting process that ensures the products they’re selling are authentic and of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on our strict seller review process and that we don’t just let anyone sell on the platform.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT AN ITEM I'VE PURCHASED HAS SHIPPED?
Once the seller has received your order and then packaged and shipped your goods they will provide a tracking number in the transaction flow and you’ll be able to access the shipping information from your EWedded account.
